“We”, “us” or “the company” means interLED Ltd
“You”, “the customer” or “the buyer” means the person, company or entity contracting to purchase the goods.
“The goods” are the items that you order from us as specified by our order acknowledgement and on our invoice.
We can receive orders via the company’s web site, by phone, fax, mail or e-mail using the contact methods published on our web site or in other publicity materials. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders or to require additional confirmation at our discretion. We acknowledge receipt of your orders via an appropriate communication: For example, web-based orders are acknowledged by e-mail, telephone orders are acknowledged verbally at time of order. Orders placed by telephone are accepted when the order is placed and a contract of sale then exists between us and you from that time. If orders are placed by fax, by mail or via our web site, no contract exists between you and the company until our official invoice has been issued.
If we acknowledge an order but, for some reason outside our control, we are unable to complete the transaction within 28 days then any payment made will be refunded immediately if you ask us to do so. Refunds due against returned goods will be paid as soon as the returned goods are received by us, subject to the goods being received in unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging.
We endeavour to ensure that all published prices are correct, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice and not to accept orders at prices that have been quoted in error. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and unless specifically stated are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling by cheque with order (made payable to “interLED Lighting Ltd”) or by most major credit or debit cards as detailed on our web site at time of order. Payments may also be made by credit card (via our web site only) in US dollars or Euros. Large business customers may be offered credit facilities at our discretion and subject to appropriate checks and references. Interest at 3% per annum over the Nat West plc base rate, together with any expenses incurred in collecting payments, will be added to the invoiced prices on any overdue accounts.
We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability, but please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for delivery. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually second class post, parcel post or courier. If any delays occur, we will endeavour to keep you informed. If delivery is delayed beyond 28 days, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made.
Delivery is ex-works, Rushden, Northants and risk passes to the customer on delivery.
Returns will only be accepted with our prior agreement as detailed in our returns policy.
Whether or not delivery has been made, property in the goods does not pass from the company to the customer until full payment is received.
Goods are supplied subject to the company’s standard specifications and, unless specifically agreed to the contrary, may be manufactured by any of our approved vendors. While we endeavour to publish and supply as much product and application data as possible, the company is unable to assess the viability of every possible application of the goods: It is the customer’s duty to ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for the application in which they intend to use them. We endeavour to ensure that all published information is correct but the company shall not be under any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss or expense that may be caused as a result of any error or omission in any information either published by or supplied by the company. We have worked with interLED on several projects over last few years and can trust their extensive expertise and experience of LED products. They will never compromise on quality in order to secure an order but still manage to remain competitive. They provide a knowledge and service that you can't get from an electrical wholesaler. Highly recommended
interLED provided a complete bespoke product design service from inception to completion. We now use interLED's components throughout our spray booths and have also adapted it for use in open workshop areas. The product is unique in the market place and well received by our customer base.
Allaero required hi-tech lighting to compliment our state of the art warehouse. interLED exceeded our expectations with their service and product supplies, and now we have a showcase warehouse. The system is completely automated with PIRs which compliment the 30% dimming function on the units, so when the warehouse is not in a rush period the lights dim to save power but still provide visibility. As soon as movement is detected the particular section of the warehouse illuminates instantly providing excellent working light.
Our honest opinion on the interRAY heaters is that they heat the space up far better than the gas warm air heaters - our technicians are much happier with this heating option and the room will stay warmer even with the roller doors in pretty constant use. They are also more environmentally friendly and the cost was a fraction of the gas equivalent works we will have needed. They are smart looking and effective heaters.
