Project Brief:
SC Johnsons seeks to enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our outdoor spaces during darker early afternoons and evenings.
They required a comprehensive outdoor lighting solution that not only provides outstanding visibility but also complements the surroundings with crisp illumination. The project should be completed with minimal disruption and in a swift turnaround time to renew and revamp the existing lighting system.
Scope of Work:
Flood Lights:
Install state-of-the-art flood lights strategically to cover the required areas.
Require advanced features such as Asymmetric optic, 5000k color temperature, and a long prewired cable for seamless functionality.
Ensure an angled bracket design for easy and hassle-free installation.
Safety and Durability:
Each flood light must be equipped with 10kVA L/N-PE surge protection for utmost safety.
Demand durable materials, such as Diecast aluminum bodies, with a breather valve to prevent condensation issues, ensuring longevity and low maintenance.
Streetlights:
Install streamlined streetlights to further enhance visibility and safety.
Utilize asymmetric beam angles and a vibrant 5000k color temperature to improve lighting efficiency and aesthetics.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of an exceptional outdoor lighting project for SC Johnsons, ensuring a brilliantly illuminated space during those darker early afternoons and evenings.
Our team installed a total of 19 state-of-the-art flood lights, boasting incredible features including Asymmetric optic, 5000k colour temperature, and supplied with 1.5M prewired H05RN-F cable for seamless functionality.
These lights were thoughtfully designed with an angled bracket for ease of installation, ensuring a hassle-free process.
But that’s not all! To ensure the utmost safety and longevity, we equipped each flood light with 10kVA L/N-PE surge protection and a durable Diecast aluminium body, complemented by a breather valve to prevent any condensation issues. Rest assured, these lights are built to withstand the test of time!
As part of the project, we also installed 44 30w streamline streetlights, featuring an asymmetric beam angle and a vibrant 5000k colour temperature, delivering outstanding visibility and enhancing the surroundings with their crisp illumination.

The system is completely automated with PIRs which compliment the 30% dimming function on the units, so when the warehouse is not in a rush period the lights dim to save power but still provide visibility. As soon as movement is detected the particular section of the warehouse illuminates instantly providing excellent working light.

Our honest opinion on the interRAY heaters is that they heat the space up far better than the gas warm air heaters - our technicians are much happier with this heating option and the room will stay warmer even with the roller doors in pretty constant use. They are also more environmentally friendly and the cost was a fraction of the gas equivalent works we will have needed. They are smart looking and effective heaters.
